This was a wonderful surprise out in the middle of nowhere a few miles from City of Rocks.We have a goal to seek out hot springs on this trip and this required no seeking at all. This place is quite interesting as there are public and private areas and clothing required and optional as well! You can stay overnight here or just come for an hour. We were able to have a private hot spring for one hour complete with a lock on the gate and 4 walls. It was SO amazing and relaxing. We chose the 102 degree spring. The highest temp is 107. We thought it might be too hot in the desert sun but it was truly perfect about 2 hours before sunset. There was nobody else in surrounding springs at all so we were in complete quiet except for wind and animal sounds.
This one sign was the only way to know this place existed.
