A cute little island in Lake Erie with a weird little name. Population is 612 and the island is also known as South Bass Island.

Everybody eager to board the ferry

On the 18 minute ferry ride

Most people travel about the island in golf carts. Ours was the biggest you could get!

With Lake Erie behind us

One of many smaller golf carts easily passing us, which was amusing every time! So was Jerry’s blinker on the golf cart which sounded like a bird squeaking or a ray gun.

Cool pic Jerry

Perry’s Victory & International Peace Memorial

This crew learned a little history of The Battle at Lake Erie

Beautiful Lake Erie

We went to Perry’s Cave and only got ONE good picture! It was hard to get good pics in there.

The cool maze game that Bethany and all the kids chose to do. They had to find 4 stamps for their card in this huge maze in 5 minutes.

A little frustration!

The missing stamp was up the stairs, nobody suspected this

Everyone enjoyed the beautiful butterfly house

Lovely flowers

Totally adorable butterflies

The boys who chose to play mini golf with Aunt Kristi!

Our after island campfire and s’mores cookout got rained out and drove everyone into the RV. This is our record for how many people can fit.

Uncle Jerry flew his drone INSIDE since we had no outside options!
